Web Portal
Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal
Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar
Click 'Devices'
Find the device and click the three dots next to it

Update the name
Click 'Save'
Mobile App
Open the Safepoint app
Tap the menu button in the top left corner
Tap 'Devices'
Find the device and tap it

Tap 'Save'
