You can easily check what features are enabled on a Lone Worker Device within the portal or app.

Fall alerts
Tilt alerts
Geofence alerts
WIFI
Web Portal
Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal
Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar
Click 'Devices'
Find the device you're interested in

Via QR code scanning
Open camera app on your phone
Scan the QR code on the back of the device
Once the webpage opens, log in if prompted
Under 'Features', there will be icons displaying what features are enabled. Tap or hover the mouse over them to reveal additional text
Mobile App
Open the Safepoint app
Tap the menu button in the top left corner
Tap 'Devices'
Find the device and tap it
