Checking the last known location of a Lone Worker Device

Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal

Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

Click 'Devices'

Find the device you're interested in

Under the 'Status' column, there will be a map pin icon. Hover over it for the map, GPS coordinates, and the last time it was updated.

Open the Safepoint app

Tap the menu button in the top left corner

Tap 'Devices'

Find the device and tap it
