If your Wearable Panic Alarm is not responding, flashing, or pairing, run through the checks below. Most issues come down to battery fitment or setup steps being missed.

Check the battery

Confirm the CR2032 battery has no clear sticker on either side. Some brands ship with an almost invisible film that prevents contact.

Try multiple batteries to confirm that it is not an issue with the battery you are using.

Make sure the battery is inserted the correct way around. You can compare it with the example in this battery replacement video.

Confirm the device is powered

Check whether the Wearable Panic Alarm flashes green, flashes red, or beeps at all when the button is pressed. Please note that the device does not vibrate.

It will always flash when pairing or triggered, but it may not beep depending on your settings.

To test basic power, hold the button for 10 seconds. If the device is powered, it should flash or beep.

Test with multiple phones

Use a second phone to rule out an issue with the handset or phone Bluetooth. Follow the steps in this guide.

In the app’s device settings, confirm whether you can see something like “Button XX:XX:XX when the Wearable Panic Alarm is placed into pairing mode (step 5 in the linked guide).

Reset the Wearable Panic Alarm

Hold the Wearable Panic Alarm’s button down for a full 30 seconds until it beeps and flashes several times.

You must hold it for the full duration. If the button is released before the full 30 seconds, it will not reset, and you will not see the beeps or flashes.

Provide a video if the issue persists

If the device still does not appear to work, record a short video and send it to our support team via web chat, noting that you have followed this guide.

Return for inspection

If none of the above resolves the issue, we can arrange a return for inspection and testing.

Devices within warranty

If your Wearable Panic Alarm is within its 12 month warranty and we confirm it is faulty, we will provide a free replacement.

If the device is outside its warranty period, we can still inspect and test it. However, we cannot provide a free replacement.
