Safepoint’s Guardian Portal fully supports the current version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. We also support Internet Explorer 11 with a limited feature-set due to the technical limitations of the browser.
The minimum supported versions for the Safepoint mobile app are Android 7.0 and iOS 12.
Known Issues
Alcatel Handsets
There are known performance issues when using the Safepoint app on Alcatel handsets. This issue is unfortunately due to the manufacturer's modifications to the underlying Android operating system. A fix to this issue is dependant on a response to us from the manufacturer. Therefore, at this time, we recommend that users of the Safepoint app do not utilise Alcatel handsets. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
