Navigate to the Web Portal login screen here. Note: You will only see the login screen if you aren't currently logged into your or another users account, so ensure that you are logged out!
Click "Forgotten password?".
Type in the email address of the account you wish to reset the password of and click "Reset Password".
You will be redirected to the login page and shown a dialogue box confirming your password reset request.
In the next few minutes you will receive an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.
