How to remove/cancel a license in the Web Portal.

To remove/cancel a license so that you are no longer billed for it:

  1. Ensure that you are logged into the Portal and have company Billing permissions.

  2. Click 'Company Settings' in the upper left corner of the screen

  3. Scroll down to the "Subscription Plan" section and click "Manage Subscription"

  4. Click "Update Plan"

  5. Select the amount of licenses you would like under this plan. Once selected, click "Continue" and follow the steps
