Ensure you are logged into the Portal and you are a Billing Admin

Click 'Company Settings' in the upper left corner of the screen

Scroll down to the "Subscription Plan" section

Click "Manage Subscription"

Click "Update Plan"

Select the type of plan you wish to change to and the amount of licenses you would like under this plan. Once selected, click "Continue" and follow the steps

Once confirmed, your licenses will be active and ready to allocate!
