How to add your phone number to your account in the Web Portal.

Your phone number can be seen by your Guardians when they click on your name within the Web Portal. This is especially important if you are on the GuardianPlus plan, as our response team will attempt to call you as soon as you trigger an alarm.

To add your phone number to your account:

  1. Ensure you are logged into the Portal on a desktop or mobile browser.

  2. At the bottom of the side menu on the left, click "Account Settings". If you are on a mobile browser you will need to open the menu by clicking the three white lines in the top left of the screen.

  3. Scroll down to the "Phone numbers" section and click "Add Number+".

  4. Enter the details of your phone number and click "Save number".

  5. Safepoint will send you an SMS containing a 6-digit verification code. Click "Verify" next to your number on the Web Portal and enter this verification code and click "Verify" again to confirm.

  6. That's it! You've now added and verified your phone number. Your Guardians will now see this alongside your other details in the portal.
