Once you have upgraded to GuardianPlus, it is important that you turn on GuardianPlus protection.<br>​

Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen

Confirm your workers and escalation contacts are aware of what's stated on screen

1. Open the App
2. Ensure you are a company or team admin
3. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen
4. Tap 'Task settings'
5. Tap 'GuardianPlus'
6. Confirm your workers and escalation contacts are aware of what's stated on screen
7. Tap 'Enable'

To turn on GuardianPlus in the Web Portal:

Ensure you are logged into the <a href="https://portal.safepointapp.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Portal</a> and you are a Company Admin.

In the left-hand sidebar menu, click on the team in which you'd like to enable GuardianPlus.

In the top-right corner of the Portal, click the 'Settings' link. These are your team settings.

In the GuardianPlus section, click the 'Manage GuardianPlus' button.

Read the information on the screen carefully and check your escalation contacts are correct. (Note you will need to enter at least one escalation contact before enabling GuardianPlus). You can view your escalation contacts by clicking the 'View escalation contacts' link at the bottom left of the page.

Click 'Enable' on the bottom right of the page to turn on GuardianPlus.

If you ever want to disable GuardianPlus protection, you can do so in this section.

6. Click 'Enable' on the bottom right of the page to turn on GuardianPlus.
7. If you ever want to disable GuardianPlus protection, you can do so in this section.
