Upgrading to GuardianPlus provides all the benefits of our Standard Plan, plus access to 24/7 emergency support by our BS8484-accredited Alarm Receiving Centre.
If you are still on your free trial, and you want to upgrade to GuardianPlus early, or if you want to skip the trial and want to get protected by GuardianPlus straight away, please follow the steps below. Otherwise, if you have completed your free trial, the steps will be slightly different. Simply follow the steps in the next section down
Upgrading to GuardianPlus whilst still in a trial:
Login to the Web Portal
Make sure you have the Billing permission
Click 'Company Settings' in the upper left corner of the screen
Scroll down to the subscriptions section and click 'Manage Subscription'
Click 'Update plan'
Select either the Monthly or Yearly billing period
Select the GuardianPlus plan
Select the number of licenses you need (Number of staff using Safepoint)
Once happy, click 'continue'
You'll be prompted to enter payment information. You can pay via Card or Direct Debit
Done! Your subscription is now upgraded and you can immediately begin to use Safepoint
Upgrading to GuardianPlus if you have already completed your trial:
Login to the Web Portal
You will be presented with a screen to choose your subscription.
Select either the Month or Year billing period
Click 'Subscribe' for the GuardianPlus plan
Select the number of licenses you need (Number of staff using Safepoint)
Enter your payment details and click 'Subscribe'
Done! Your subscription is now upgraded and you can immediately begin to use Safepoint
