Yes, you will receive warning notifications at 10-minutes, 5-minutes and when the timed task expires and triggers an alarm.

The Safepoint app uses your phone's notification settings to display these, so please ensure that you have provided the app with notification permissions. This also means that if you put your phone on silent, the Safepoint app's notifications will also be silent.
