Part 6 of the Getting Started guide

Your staff can trigger alerts whether they are running tasks or not.

​To trigger an alert without a task:

  1. Open the App

  2. Tap ‘Home’ at the bottom

  3. Tap ‘Request Help’

  4. Wait for the 5-second count down

To trigger an alert from a task:

  1. Open the App

  2. Create a task by following the previous step

  3. Tap ‘Request Help’

  4. Wait for the 5-second count down
