How to resolve your own alert

  1. Open the Safepoint app

  2. Open your task

  3. Click the "Resolve Alert" button at the bottom of the screen.

    Note: you may be prompted to enter your PIN if your team has this active.

  4. Follow the steps to resolve the alert, and fill in the requested information such as whether this was a false alarm, what happened and if there were any injuries. Submit your resolution report when complete by pressing the light blue "Resolve Alert" button.

Note: if you have an active task with time remaining, you will be redirected to the task and it will continue.
