Resolving your teams alert

How to resolve an alert triggered by your team

You can respond to and resolve your team alerts all from within the App.

To resolve team member's alerts:

  1. Open the Safepoint app

  2. Ensure you have the guardian's permission and an active license

  3. Open the team member's alert

    1. By either tapping on their profile picture, then task on the 'Home' page

    2. Or by tapping on their task on the 'Tasks' page

  4. Tap 'Acknowledge' under the user's name

    1. If the alert is already acknowledged by another guardian, tap 'Assign to self' first

  5. Tap 'Resolve Alert' under the user's name

  6. Follow the steps to resolve the alert, providing the requested information such as whether this was a false alarm, what happened and if there were any injuries. Submit your resolution report when complete by pressing the light blue "Resolve Alert" button.
