Open the Safepoint app
Ensure you are a member of a team
Tap the Home button at the bottom of the screen
Click on your current team at the top centre of the home screen
Tap which team you'd like the app to focus on
Note: the pop-up will let you select which teams you have access to and are assigned to, it will not show you, teams that you're not a member of.
