Escalation contacts are visible to our GuardianPlus team and your internal guardians. When a worker raises an alert, the guardian may want/need to inform these escalation contacts if required.
To add a new escalation contact:
Open the App
Ensure you are a company or team admin
Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen
Tap 'Escalation contacts'
Tap 'Add' or 'Add contact'
Enter their details, such as name, role and phone number
Tap 'Save' once you're finished
You can Tap 'Add' again to add more
Note: to edit or delete contacts, follow Editing escalation contacts in the App and Deleting escalation contacts in the App.
