To edit an existing escalation contact:
Open the App
Ensure you are a company or team admin
Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen
Tap 'Escalation contacts'
Tap the contact you want to edit
Edit their name, role or phone number
Tap 'Save' once you're finished
Note: to add or delete contacts, follow Adding escalation contacts in the App and Deleting escalation contacts in the App.
