To delete an escalation contact:
Open the App
Ensure you are a company or team admin
Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen
Tap 'Escalation contacts'
Tap the contact you want to delete
Tap 'Delete contact'
Tap 'Yes' to confirm
Note: to add or edit contacts, follow Adding escalation contacts in the App and Editing escalation contacts in the App.
