How to add internal procedures in the App

Internal procedures are an incredibly important part of your team on Safepoint. These are the steps your Guardians will be asked to follow when responding to an alert.

Note: these procedures ARE NOT followed by the 24/7 GuardianPlus response centre. Internal procedures are designed to be used by your internal Guardians only.

To add internal procedures:

  1. Open the App

  2. Ensure you are a company or team admin

  3. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen

  4. Tap 'Internal procedures'

  5. Tap 'Edit' or 'Add procedures'

  6. Enter the procedure in the list

  7. Tap 'Save' once you're finished

Note: to edit internal procedures, follow Editing internal procedures in the App.
