How to set up task notifications in the App

To make sure you never miss an important event in Safepoint, we recommend setting up in-app, SMS or email notifications.

You can choose to be notified about:

  • Started tasks

  • Completed tasks

  • Alert triggered

  • Alert resolutions

  • And much more

To configure notification settings:

  1. Open the App

  2. Ensure you are a company or team admin

  3. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen

  4. Tap 'Notifications'

  5. Tap on the event you want to configure notifications for, like Task started or Alert triggered

  6. Toggle which type of notification you would like
