Your Guardians can see your phone number when they click on your name within the App or Web Portal; this is especially important if you are on the GuardianPlus plan, as our response team will attempt to call you as soon as you trigger an alarm.

To add your phone number to your account:
Open the Safepoint app
Ensure that you are logged into an account
Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right
Tap 'Profile'
Tap 'Contact'
Enter your phone number and tap 'Add'
You should receive a 6-digit verification code in your SMS
Enter the 6-digit verification code and press 'Verify'
Your phone number is now fully set up!
