When a worker triggers an alert, their Guardian can see their emergency information. This information can be life-saving, such as existing medical conditions, or simply an identifying feature such as hair colour. We recommend users fill out this information; however, it is optional.

Note: guardians can view this information when clicking on a Worker's name in a task.

Adding a description

  1. Open the Safepoint app

  2. Ensure you are logged into an account

  3. Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right

  4. Tap 'Profile'

  5. Tap 'Description'

  6. Add your descriptive information, such as height, age and eye colour. This information can help should first responders need to confirm that they've reached the correct person if you are unconscious

  7. Tap 'Save' once you're finished

Adding medical information

  1. Open the Safepoint app.

  2. Ensure that you are logged into an account.

  3. Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right

  4. Tap 'Profile'

  5. Tap 'Medical info'

  6. Add information such as blood type, allergies, existing conditions and any medication you are currently on. This information could save your life if a Guardian has to send a medical team to your aid

  7. Tap 'Save' once you're finished
