How to update your password in the App

  1. Open the Safepoint app

  2. Ensure that you are logged into an account

  3. Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right

  4. Tap 'Security'

  5. Tap 'Change password'

  6. Enter your old password first at the top

  7. Enter your new password

  8. Re-enter your new password at the bottom to confirm

  9. Tap 'Save' once you're finished

Make sure your new password is at least 15 characters or at least 8 characters including a number and lowercase letter. See the Creating a strong password article for password tips and advice.
