Critical Alerts for iOS are a great way to ensure you get notified about staff alerts in the App by ignoring the mute switch and Do Not Disturb settings.
Note: Critical Alerts are an iOS feature, meaning it's only available for the iOS App and not the Android app.
To enable Critical Alerts:
Open the Safepoint app
Ensure that you are logged into an account
Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right
Tap 'Notifications'
Tap 'Critical Alerts' to allow permission on your device
