Safepoint only shares your location when you're in an active task or alert. However, if locations are still not working, there may be something wrongly configured on your device.

To help find the problem we built an in-app location troubleshooter:
Open the Safepoint app
Ensure that you are logged into an account
Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right
Tap 'Locations'
Tap 'Troubleshoot locations'
The app will now perform a series of tests
If a problem is found, the device will highlight it and suggest how to fix
If no problems are found, all the checks will have a green tick
If you're still having issues, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. It should fix most things, but if the issue still persists, let us know.
