Yes. Safepoint can be deployed and used anywhere in the world.

Both our self-monitored and 24/7 monitored plans are designed to support international operations. The difference lies in how alerts are escalated when an incident occurs.

Self-Monitored Use Worldwide

Our self-monitored plan can be used in any country. Alerts raised by users are escalated directly to your own internal escalation contacts, such as colleagues, managers, or on-call teams that you define.

This option is often used by organisations that already have their own internal response procedures or operate in regions where local handling is preferred.

24/7 monitoring worldwide

Safepoint’s 24/7 monitoring service is available globally and is operated by English-speaking response teams based in the UK and the US.

When an alert is raised, our response team will assess the situation and take immediate action.

Direct dispatch of emergency services is currently available in:

  • UK

  • Ireland

  • USA

If an alert is raised in any other country, our response team will still respond immediately and escalate the incident to your nominated escalation contacts so that local action can be taken without delay.

This approach allows Safepoint to be used internationally while remaining clear and compliant about how emergency service dispatch works in different regions.

App availability by country

Safepoint is available to download in many countries worldwide. You can view the current list of supported app store countries here.

If your country is not listed, contact our support team. In most cases, we can help enable access for your location.
