Yes, though with some important differences depending on which monitoring option you choose.
Safepoint offers two monitoring options: self-monitored, which works anywhere in the world, and 24/7 monitored, which is currently available in the UK, Ireland and the United States only. The difference lies in how alerts are escalated when an incident occurs.
Self-Monitored
Our self-monitored plan can be used in any country. Alerts raised by users are escalated directly to your own internal escalation contacts, such as colleagues, managers, or on-call teams that you define.
This option is often used by organisations that already have their own internal response procedures or operate in regions where local handling is preferred.
24/7 Monitoring
Safepoint's 24/7 monitoring service is currently available to customers in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, and the United States only.
Direct dispatch of emergency services is currently available in:
UK
Ireland
USA
If your operations extend outside these regions, our self-monitored plan provides the same in-app safety features with alerts routed to your nominated internal contacts. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss the best fit for your organisation.
App availability by country
Safepoint is available to download in many countries worldwide. You can view the current list of supported app store countries here.
If your country is not listed, contact our support team. In most cases, we can help enable access for your location.
