When you subscribe to Safepoint you select either a monthly or yearly plan. At the end of this month or year your plan will automatically renew unless you opt for it not to.
To opt-out of your plan automatically renewing:
Ensure that you are logged into the Portal and have company Billing permissions.
Click 'Company Settings' in the upper left corner of the screen
Scroll down to the "Subscription Plan" section and click "Manage Subscription"
Where your Standard or GuardianPlus subscription is listed, click "Cancel Plan"
Confirm by again pressing "Cancel Plan".
Your plan will now end and will not automatically renew at the end of your billing period.
