Adding or removing licenses from my subscription

How to add or remove license from your subscription in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners, Admins or Billing Admins can view and edit plan & billing settings.

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Plan & Billing'
    ​Note: If you do not see 'Plan & Billing', then you do not have permission as explained above

  3. Click 'Buy more licenses' underneath the 'Licenses' section

  4. Choose the new desired number of licenses and click 'Continue'.

    Note: The number you select is the total number of licenses that will be in your account. For example, if you have 3 existing licenses but would like to add 4 licenses, ensure you select 7 licenses total on this page.

If you are adding licenses, then we will charge you a prorated sum for the remaining time left on the subscription. If you are removing licenses, then this will come into effect at the start of the next billing period.
