Note any company is automatically created with Default Team. You could rename this team (instructions found here) if you only need one team or add more teams following the instructions below.
- Ensure you are logged into The Portal and are a Company Admin.
- Click the Settings link in the upper right corner:
- Find the company you want to add a team to and click "Add Team +":
- You can type in the team's name and select options for PIN and/or Voice record:
- Activating the PIN option will ask the users in this team to type in a unique PIN every time they extend a task, cancel an emergency alert or end a task in the app.
- Activating Voice record option will require users in this team to record a short voice clip at the start and at the end of every task they create.
- To save the name and settings click Create Team.
