You may wish to change your password if you know your current. For example, if you believe someone might have found out your password. Follow the steps below to change your known password.
- Ensure you are logged into The Portal.
- Click the Settings link in the upper right corner:
- Click the Account setting link in the bottom right corner:
- Scroll down to the Update password section:
- Type if your current password, then your new password and click Update password.
- Next time you log into The Portal or the app use your new password.
