How to change your email in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: This is only available in the Web Portal

Web Portal

  1. Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal

  2. Navigate to the email settings page, or find it manually by clicking on your name in the top left corner of the screen > Account Settings > Email address

  3. Enter your new email

  4. Confirm your new email

  5. Enter your password

  6. Click 'Save'

  7. We will now email you a special link
    ​Note: Link expires in 24 hours

  8. Open the email and click 'Verify Email Address' to confirm the change

  9. Your email has now successfully changed
