Adding your phone number

How to add your phone in the Safepoint Web Portal and Mobile App

Your Guardians can see your phone number when they click on your name within the Web Portal or Mobile App; this is especially important if you are on the GuardianPlus plan, as our response team will attempt to call you as soon as you trigger an alarm.

Web Portal

  1. Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal

  2. Navigate to the phone settings page, or find it manually by clicking on your name in the top left corner of the screen > Account Settings > Phone

  3. Enter your phone number

  4. Click 'Save'

  5. You will now receive a 6-digit SMS code

  6. Enter 6-digit code and click 'Submit'

Mobile App

  1. Open the Safepoint app

  2. Ensure that you are logged into an account

  3. Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right

  4. Tap 'Profile'

  5. Tap 'Contact'

  6. Enter your phone number and tap 'Add'

  7. You should receive a 6-digit verification code in your SMS

  8. Enter the 6-digit verification code and press 'Verify'

  9. Your phone number is now fully set up!
