Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal
Navigate to your account details page, or find it manually by clicking on your name in the top left corner of the screen > Account Settings
Edit your first and/or last name
Click 'Save'
Mobile App
Open the Safepoint app
Ensure that you are logged into your account
Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right
Tap your name at the top of the page
Edit your first and/or last name
Tap 'Save'
