Web Portal
Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal
Navigate to your account details page, or find it manually by clicking on your name in the top left corner of the screen > Account Settings
Click 'Edit' next to the profile picture
Select your image from the file browser
Wait for it to upload
Your profile picture is now updated
Mobile App
Open the Safepoint app
Ensure that you are logged into an account
Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right
Tap your name at the top of the page
Tap the square profile picture
Choose an option to add a photo and follow the steps
Tap 'Save'
