Adding or updating your PIN

How to add or update your PIN in the Safepoint Web Portal and Mobile App

Web Portal

  1. Make sure you are logged into the Web Portal

  2. Navigate to the security page, or find it manually by clicking on your name in the top left corner of the screen > Account Settings > Security

  3. Under the 'Change PIN' section, provide your password

  4. Enter your new 4-digit PIN

  5. Click 'Save'

Mobile App

  1. Open the Safepoint app

  2. Ensure that you are logged into an account

  3. Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right

  4. Tap 'Security'

  5. Tap 'Change PIN'

  6. Enter your Safepoint password in the top text box

  7. Enter your new 4-digit PIN

  8. Tap 'Save'
