Deleting your account

How to delete your account in the Safepoint Mobile App

Note: This is currently only available in the Mobile App

If you no longer need your Safepoint account, requesting that it is deleted from our systems is super easy!

Mobile App

  1. Open the Safepoint mobile app and tap "Account".

  2. Tap "Privacy".

  3. Tap "Delete your account".

  4. Confirm your deletion request by typing "Delete" in the textbox.

  5. Tap "Delete" to finalise your request.

After 30 days of submitting your deletion request, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted.

If you log in before 30 days have passed, your deletion request will be cancelled and your account will resume as normal.
