Searching company members

How to search for company members in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners or Admins can search all members in the company.

If your organisation has a large number of people, finding a specific member can feel tricky. The Safepoint Web Portal makes this simple with powerful search and filtering tools.

Find the members list

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Members' to open the members list

Ways to search and filter

Text search

Use the search box to quickly find a member by name or email address. The search is flexible and supports:

  • Minor spelling mistakes

  • Diacritics (e.g. a vs. à)

  • Upper and lower case

Filter options

Click Filter on the left to narrow down the list in different ways:

  • Membership status – show All, Joined, or Invited users.

  • Role – filter by Owner, Admin, Billing, or Member.

  • Team – display members of specific teams, or select No team to see users who aren’t assigned to a team.
