Creating teams

How to create teams in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners and Admins can create teams.

For organisations with many users, you may want to organise them into teams where you can apply specific configuration settings, like whether to enable GuardianPlus or PIN, or have differing escalation contacts and procedures. For example, you may have a night shift team where GuardianPlus is enabled, and a day shift team where GuardianPlus is disabled as you have people on-site.


Web Portal

To create a team:

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Teams'

  3. Click 'Create Team' in the top right corner

  4. Enter the team name

  5. Click "Create Team"

  6. Your team is now created
