Enabling 24/7 monitoring

How to turn on 24/7 monitoring protection in the Safepoint Web Portal and Mobile App

Note: Only Company Owners, Admins and Team Admins can enable 24/7 monitoring.

Once you have upgraded to 24/7 monitoring, it is important that you turn it on for your team for full protection. This can be enabled on a team-by-team basis, which allows the flexibly of setting things up to match your use-case.

Note: Before enabling 24/7 Monitoring, please take some time to make sure your Escalation Contacts are provided and up-to-date.

Web Portal

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Teams'

  3. Find the team and select it

  4. Under the 'Task Settings' section, find '24/7 Monitoring'

  5. Toggle 24/7 Monitoring to ON

  6. Click 'Save'

  7. A confirmation popup will appear requiring you to read acknowledge the implications of having 24/7 monitoring enabled.

  8. Confirm and click 'Confirm and Save'

Mobile App

  1. Open the App

  2. Ensure you are a company or team admin

  3. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen

  4. Tap 'Task settings'

  5. Tap 'GuardianPlus'

  6. Confirm your workers and escalation contacts are aware of what's stated on screen

  7. Tap 'Enable'
