Note: Only Company Owners, Admins and Team Admins can add or update the escalation contacts for a team.
Escalation contacts are visible to your internal Guardians and our 24/7 alert monitoring team when responding to alerts. They allow the responder to inform key contacts about the emergency they are responding to.
This can be configured on a team-by-team basis, which allows the flexibly of setting things up to match your use-case.

Web Portal
Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar
Click 'Teams'
Find the team and select it
βNote: See this article if you need help searching for the teamUnder the 'Escalation Contacts' section, click "Edit"
Click "Add contact" to add a contact
Fill in the name, role and phone number fields
Click "Add another" if you want to add more contacts
βNote: You can remove by clicking "Remove" next to the contact, or reorder them by clicking and holding the handle on the right and dragging the contact to it's new positionTap "Save" once finished, or "Cancel" to revert the changes
Mobile App
To add a new escalation contact
Open the App
Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen
Tap 'Escalation contacts'
Tap 'Add' or 'Add contact'
Fill in their name, their role to you (e.g. H&S Manager), and their phone number
Tap 'Save' once you're finished
You can tap 'Add' again to add more
To edit an existing escalation contact
Tap the contact you want to edit
Edit their name, role or phone number
Tap 'Save' once you're finished
To delete an escalation contact
Tap the contact you want to delete
Tap 'Delete contact'
Tap 'Yes' to confirm
