How to upgrade to a 24/7 monitoring subscription in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners, Admins or Billing Admins can view and edit plan & billing settings.

Upgrading to 24/Monitoring provides all the benefits of our Standard Plan, plus access to 24/7 emergency support by our BS8484-accredited Alarm Receiving Centre.

If you are still on your free trial, and you want to upgrade early, or if you want to skip the trial and want to get protected by straight away, please follow the steps below. Otherwise, if you have completed your free trial, the steps will be slightly different. Simply follow the steps in the next section down.

Upgrading to 24/7 monitoring whilst still in a trial:

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Plan & Billing'
    ​Note: If you do not see 'Plan & Billing', then you do not have permission as explained above

  3. Under the "Subscription is Trialling" text, click the link to upgrade to a paid account

  4. Choose GuardianPlus and the number of licenses you need

Upgrading to 24/7 monitoring if you have already completed your trial:

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Plan & Billing'
    ​Note: If you do not see 'Plan & Billing', then you do not have permission as explained above

  3. Choose a 'Month' or 'Year' subscription

  4. Click 'Subscribe' for the '24/7 Monitoring Plan'

  5. Follow the on screen instructions - Don't forget to choose 'Quantity' for the number of license you need!
