How to upgrade or downgrade your subscription to Standard or 24/7 Monitoring in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners, Admins or Billing Admins can view and edit plan & billing settings.

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Plan & Billing'
    ​Note: If you do not see 'Plan & Billing', then you do not have permission as explained above

  3. Click 'More' to the right of the subscription section

  4. Click 'Manage subscription' in the dropdown menu

  5. Click 'Update subscription' next to your subscription plan

  6. Choose the new plan along with the desired number of licenses

  7. Click 'Continue' and follow the steps

If you are upgrading, you will be charged a prorated sum for the time remaining in the current billing period. If you are downgrading, then your subscription will remain the same until the start of the next billing period, then your changes will take effect.
