Cancelling your subscription

How to cancel your subscription in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners, Admins or Billing Admins can view and edit plan & billing settings.

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Plan & Billing'
    ​Note: If you do not see 'Plan & Billing', then you do not have permission as explained above

  3. Click 'More' to the right of the subscription section

  4. Click 'Cancel subscription'

  5. Follow the steps on the next screen

You will still access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
