Updating your payment method

How to update your payment method in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners, Admins or Billing Admins can view and edit plan & billing settings.

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Plan & Billing'
    ​Note: If you do not see 'Plan & Billing', then you do not have permission as explained above

  3. Click 'More' to the right of the subscription section

  4. Click 'Add payment method'. We accept the following:

    1. Card payment

    2. Apple Pay

    3. Google Pay

    4. Link

    5. Bacs Direct Debit

  5. Fill in the necessary details and click 'Add'
