Updating billing name and address

How to update your billing name and address in the Safepoint Web Portal

Note: Only Company Owners, Admins or Billing Admins can view and edit plan & billing settings.

  1. Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar

  2. Click 'Plan & Billing'
    ​Note: If you do not see 'Plan & Billing', then you do not have permission as explained above

  3. Click 'More' to the right of the subscription section

  4. Click 'Manage subscription' in the dropdown menu

  5. Scroll down to billing information

  6. Click 'Update information'

  7. Change the relevant fields and click 'Save'
