Viewing live and historic tasks & alerts in Safepoint is incredibly easy whether you want a real-time feed of the current situation, or you're looking back at a previous event.
Users with the Company Owner, Admin roles can view all tasks and alerts, whilst users with the Team Admin and Guardian roles can only view tasks and alerts for their particular team.

Web Portal
Open the Web Portal
Click 'Live Dashboard' in the left side navigation bar. Here you will see a map with your team’s live locations (so long as they are running tasks).
Use filters at the top of the page for fine-grain control over what you want displayed:
Teams: Filter by all teams (default), or select the teams you want to show
Users: Filter by all users (default), or select the users you want to show
Devices: Filter by all devices (default), or select the devices you want to show
Click 'Tasks' in the left side navigation bar. Here you can see all current and historical tasks. You can also filter like in the Live Dashboard. However, you can also filter by the date the task/alert was created - this is especially useful for finding historic tasks. Possible options include:
Today
Last 7 days
Last 4 weeks
Last 3 months
Last 6 months
Last 12 months
Month to date
Year to date
Custom - Select your own date range
Mobile App
Log in to the app
Tap on the 'Home' button in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Here you will see a map with your team’s live locations (so long as they are running tasks)
Now tap on the 'Tasks' button in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Here you can see all current and historical tasks
