From monitoring the number of alerts raised in a given period to seeing which team is the most active, our reporting helps you keep safety performance transparent and measurable.
Note:
Company Owners and Admins can view reports for all tasks and alerts across the organisation.
Team Admins and Guardians can only view reports for their own team.
Types of Reported Data
Total tasks
Shows the total number of tasks your company or team started over the selected period.
Total alerts
Counts all alerts raised within the selected period.
Total Real Alerts
Highlights the subset of alerts deemed genuine emergencies after review.
Tasks & Alerts Bar Chart
A stacked bar chart showing the number of Tasks (blue) and Alerts (red) over time. Data can be viewed by day, week, or month.
Team Activity
Breaks down Tasks and Alerts by individual teams within the selected period.
User Activity
Breaks down Tasks and Alerts by individual user within the selected period.
