Emergency Broadcast

What is emergency broadcast and how to use it in the Safepoint Web Portal

Emergency broadcast allows you to message your staff quickly and easily through the portal. Messages can be sent via text, email or both.

Note:

  • Company Owners and Admins can send emergency broadcasts across the organisation.

  • Team Admins and Guardians can only send emergency broadcasts to their own teams.

Web Portal

  1. Click 'Broadcast' in the left hand side bar

  2. Select the teams you would like to broadcast to

  3. Select the type

    1. Email

    2. SMS: Will only be sent if the users have added and verified their phone. You must also have an active SMS subscription

  4. Write your message

  5. Click 'Send Broadcast'
