Task time limits allow you to set a minimum and maximum duration for tasks created within a team. This ensures tasks are set for an appropriate length of time, preventing tasks that are too short to be useful or too long to provide effective safety monitoring.

This can be configured on a team-by-team basis, giving you flexibility to match different working patterns across your organisation.
Web Portal
Click 'Settings' in the left hand side bar
Click 'Teams'
Find the team and select it

Set the minimum task duration
Set the maximum task duration
Click "Save" once finished, or "Cancel" to revert the changes
